Sheila Bayda has joined LBG as Vice President, Consulting. Sheila works with clients to identify, build and implement business strategies and human resource solutions. For more than 18 years, Sheila has worked to hone her technical skills in organizational development and planning, change management, and HR systems / processes but she credits much of her career success to being an effective listener, “message interpreter” and relationship builder.
