The challenge:

A consortium of eight social service agencies offering similar services wanted to contract with a facilitator to conduct a series of meetings to assist them to examine the variety of services and develop a delivery plan that prevented service overlap and conflict between the agencies.

Our solution:

Our consultant conducted a series of individual agency interviews to identify and confirm the challenges between the agencies. We then facilitated a two day retreat with all agencies resulting in a collaborative service map outlining who does what.
