The challenge:

Our client was a newly established agricultural processing plant looking for a new CEO that could build the plant, run the operations and secure more funding within a highly political and distressed economic environment.

Our solution:

Whereas this project was highly political, we structured a very participative process that involved the selection committee and the board. Candidates were screened and interviewed by the consultants and then taken on a road trip to the communities the company would serve. Whereas this was a highly specialized industry, the search was difficult but resulted in a successful candidate.
