Sheila Bayda

Vice President Consulting

Sheila Bayda works with clients to identify, build and implement business strategies and human resource solutions.  

For more than 18 years, Sheila has worked to hone her technical skills in organizational development and planning, change management, and HR systems / processes but she credits much of her career success to being an effective listener, “message interpreter” and relationship builder.  In being a strategic thought partner, she applies flexibility and creativity in the consulting process to produce customized solutions and relevant results for clients in both public and private sectors.  

Sheila graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.A. in Communications, French and Linguistics.  She is certified in PROSCI’s organizational change management methodology and she has received formal training in project management and strategic planning facilitation.  Sheila has broad-based experience in project leadership, designing large stakeholder consultation processes, executive search / career transition services and has extensive interviewing and facilitation experience.

In short, Sheila is a “think straight - talk straight” consultant, fully devoted to client satisfaction.
