    As a senior consultant in management search for Legacy Bowes Group, Gail brings with her over 25 years of experience in the recruitment, selection, supervision and motivation of sales professionals. Prior to joining Legacy Bowes Group, Gail held several challenging roles such as Senior Search Consultant, as well as Manager, National Sales and Development, Director of Advertising and Senior Account Executive in the highly competitive print and distribution industry.

    Gail’s natural ability to assess and determine the needs of clients enables her to quickly develop trusted relationships that result in numerous successful recruitment and executive search engagements. Her hands-on sales leadership expertise, her skills pertaining to employee development as well as her broad business and social network has earned Gail an enviable reputation for being able to successfully source and identify qualified professionals that result in long term and strong candidate/employer relationships.

    Senior Consultant

    Cindy has many years of solid, varied experience in both the public and private sectors, including owning her own professional sports equipment business. She has worked in recruitment for over 5 years, building exceptional knowledge and experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, as well as many other key industries.

    Cindy has devoted herself to understanding unique organizational cultures and needs, and prides herself in her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. These focuses have helped her develop the instinctive ability to find the right candidate for the right organization, culture and team. 

    Over the years, Cindy has recruited for many positions, including Engineering Manager, General Manager, Plant Manager, Project Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Quality Manager and Distribution Manager.

    Cindy graduated with her Business Administration Diploma (Honours) from Red River Community College and has her Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba. Cindy is still involved with RRC as a Continuing Education Instructor and has recently completed a motivational video for the college.

    Cindy is the VP of Programs & Events on the Board of The Association for Operations Management (APICS), actively involved in the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association (CME) and is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME). 

    Being an active member of her community is a key focus and passion for Cindy. She was instrumental in building a new skateboard park in Charleswood as a Board Member with the Michael Komenda Memorial Youth Club, and has also served in various capacities, including President, Editor, DNA coordinator and Home/Hospital Coordinator with the Winnipeg Parents of Twins and Triplets Organization.

    Senior Recruitment Consultant

    Darlene specializes in recruiting entry level to senior management candidates in engineering, technology, quality and plant management in all industries.

    Darlene holds a Diploma in Business Administration complemented by extensive professional development in proprietary recruitment software, as well as certification in a number of personality and communication style assessments. She has trained extensively in AIRS X-Treme Sourcing & Recruiting using Boolean search strings and is Sourcing, Recruiting and Interviewing Certified through numerous training seminars. Darlene is also bilingual and is currently upgrading her skills in order to effectively communicate with the francophone community as well as our francophone client base.

    Darlene has welcomed increasing levels of responsibility over seven years of leadership roles in the field of recruitment. Over this period Darlene established a strong reputation for being tenacious by sourcing and recruiting a wealth of “hard to find” candidates. In addition, Darlene boasts a 97% placement retention record amongst her clients, with numerous accolades for successfully identifying the “fit” between client and candidate.

    Finally, Darlene willingly brings her expertise into the community. For instance, as board member of the Parent Council and Chair of the Greening Initiative council, she initiated the “Get in the Dirt” program with Toyota Canada which led to a variety of greening initiatives at her local elementary school.
