Cindy Harry

Senior Consultant

Years of solid, varied experience in both the public and private sectors, including owning a professional sports equipment business has given Cindy direct insight into the needs of employers.  She has devoted herself to understanding unique organizational cultures and needs, and prides herself in her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. These focuses have helped her develop the instinctive ability to find the right candidate for the right organization, culture and team.

She has worked in recruitment for over seven years, building exceptional knowledge and experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, as well as many other key industries.  Recent positions have included Director of Engineering, Director of Sales, Engineering Manager, Project Engineer, Regional Sales Manager and Corporate Procurement Manager.

“I enjoy building a strong relationship with my clients that helps me to find the perfect candidate for them,” said Cindy. “It’s rewarding and fulfilling to give a candidate a new chance in a new role.”

Cindy has a Business Administration Diploma (Honours) and her Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba. She is a continuing education instructor at Red River College, a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the Canadian Manufacturing and Exporters Association, and VP of Programs and Events on APICS.

Being an active member of her community is a key focus and passion for Cindy. She was instrumental in building a new skateboard park in Charleswood as a Board Member with the Michael Komenda Memorial Youth Club and has served on various volunteer boards.
